Park Rules:

Sites: Respect your neighbors space by keeping all items contained to your site. Please keep your hoses and cables close to, or under your RV to prevent trip hazards. Small welcome mats (3’x 5’) may be used during during your stay. Trash is to be disposed of at our dumpster, which is located near the barn for your convenience.
Bath House: Our park takes pride in providing a clean, safe bath house for guest. Please leave it ready for the next guest. If you find issues, please report those to our staff.
Laundry: Our park offers a coin laundry center. If you need quarters, check with our office. After use, please make sure to leave the washer door up, and clean the dryer lint trap.
Inclement Weather: During severe thunderstorms or tornados, our park allows access to the showers and laundry facilities 24/7. In the event you are to take cover in the provided facilities, please make plenty of room for all campers in the park who also wish to take cover.
During freezing weather unhook and drain your fresh water hoses. Utilize your potable water holding tank as necessary. No Electric Heaters.
PETS: Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 10’, unless inside the fenced Bark Park area. Do not leave your pet unattended in the Bark Park, cage, pen or on a tether. All pet waste must be picked up. Doggie bags and a trashcan are provided at the Bark Park gate entrance. Nuisance barking must be corrected, as not to disturb the other campers. Any dogs that display aggressive behavior to others or staff will not be tolerated. Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund and ask you to leave the premises.
Children: Children are to be supervised at all times. It is the parents sole responsibility for their conduct and safety as well as any injuries or damages that occur. We ask children to utilize the grassy areas or your site for playing. Screaming/ loud horseplay can raise concern for our other guest. We thank you in advance for keeping the park a quiet place for all to enjoy. The Hamilton city park, and swimming pool is located west of the park, across the street. Feel free to go check them out!
Vehicles: Our guests love our grass, so please try not to drive on it. There is additional overflow parking on the north side of the barn if needed, just let us know if you park there. The park speed limit is 5 MPH. No vehicle washing, or electric vehicle charging.
Quiet Times: Are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. In the event of a noise complaint, we will contact you to ask for your compliance. Thanks for keeping the park a quiet place for all to enjoy.
Awnings: Remember to close your awning if you leave your site. Strong winds can occur suddenly and can cause significant damages to your camper.
WiFi: Our campground offers complimentary Wifi for our guests, however it is not a guaranteed service. Internet service in rural Missouri is often unreliable, therefore we will occasionally experience outages, bandwidth issues, and slow speeds (especially when the park is full). That being said, feel free to connect when you can, and when you can't, enjoy it and act like it's 1995 again!
Reservation Policy: All reservations include the first night rates as a non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations 30 days prior to reservation date are eligible for a full refund, minus the deposit and a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 29-8 days prior to your reservations are eligible for 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days prior to your reservations are no longer eligible for a refund. No-shows and early check outs are not eligible for a refund.
Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has disregard to the rules without a refund. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees as we deem necessary.
Extended Stay Guests: All terms and conditions herein apply. No outside storage is allowed. Sites must be kept clean and accessable to campground staff at all times for maintenance. Electricity is metered and charged at $0.15/ kwh. Electric meters are read and charges are assessed to the card on file monthly or at the end of your stay; whichever comes first, unless other terms were discussed and agreed to by managment.
Liability Waiver: Warning: Under Missouri law, a private campground owner or an employee or officer of a private campground owner is not liable for an injury to or the death of a person or any property damage resulting from the inherent risks of camping under the Revised Statutes of Missouri 537.328, RSMo. Furthermore, use of the campground water, sewer, electrical hook-up's, laundry facility, shower/bathrooms are at your own risk and A Country Charm RV & Cabins, LLC. is not responsible and held harmless for any injury to or the death of a person or any property damage resulting from the inherent risks of use. Campers are to report any issues to the campground immediately.
~Golf Cart Reservation Add-On's Only~
Golf Cart Rental Agreement
- The individual(s) named on the golf cart rental reservation, (hereinafter referred to as Lessee) acknowledges receipt of the rental unit will be on the dates and times selected and paid for, specific to the golf cart rental reservation. The Lessee will be required to provide a copy of a valid driver's license for all listed drivers and fill out additional forms prior to receiving the rental unit. Lessee will have the opportunity to inspect and document existing damages of the rental unit prior to reservation start time.
- Lessee shall indemnify and hold A Country Charm RV & Cabins, LLC. (hereinafter referred to as Lessor) harmless from and against any and all liability, including bodily injury and property damage, arising out of the use or operation of the equipment by Lessee or anyone using or operating the same with Lessee’s express or implied consent: provided, however, that Lessor shall be responsible for loss or damage resulting from Lessor’s sole negligence. Lessee understands and acknowledges that the rental unit is tracked by GPS and is allowed for daytime use only, and is not equipped with safety belts, head/tail lights, turn signals, or horn, however an orange safety flag is affixed to the rental unit and must remain in place for the total duration of the reservation. The city of Hamilton permits golf cart use in town. Missouri state law allows Davis St. / Highway 13 to be utilized only when necessary to cross or access another side street. A golf cart route map will be provided upon receiving the rental unit with directions to the local shops and museums. Golf carts are never allowed to be more than 4 miles from Lessor located at 910 N. Davis St. Hamilton, MO 64644. In the event the cart is found outside of the 4 mile limit and needing to be recovered for any reason, a recovery fee of $100.00/ hr, will be assessed and charged to the card on file.
- Lessee further acknowledges that the equipment is leased by Lessor to Lessee for the use and purpose for which it was manufactured subject, however, to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The equipment shall be returned in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear accepted. Lessee is responsible for securing the golf cart and maintaining possession of the golf cart key at all times. Lost keys will result in a $50.00 replacement fee, charged to the card on file.
- Lessee gives Lessor authorization to charge the existing card on file associated with the camping reservation for the golf cart rental fees, damages and repairs, and any other fees that may be incurred during the reservation. If costs exceed card limitations, Lessee is responsible for the remaining amount owed.
- Lessee shall return the equipment to the office no later than the date and time specified in the golf cart reservation, (LESSEE SHALL CONTACT LESSOR TO REQUEST AN EXTENSION OF TIME IF DESIRED *Subject to availability and approval) or upon Lessor’s demand therefore.
- Late return fees are charged at $10.00 per half hour, past rental return time, until the unit is returned. Lessee has a responsibility to communicate any late returns with the Lessor in a timely manner to avoid the rental unit being reported as stolen to local law enforcement. Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand for the loss of, or any damage to the equipment or property damage while it is rented to Lessee and for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fee, incurred by Lessor in collecting and amounts owing by Lessee hereunder or in otherwise enforcing Lessor's rights hereunder.
- Lessee shall abide by all rules and regulations of State, Local, and Lessor governing the use of the equipment (ONLY HOLDERS OF A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE 21 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER MAY OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT).
- Lessee shall not assign the Rental Contract or sublease the equipment.
Golf Cart Rules
- Lessee & Operator(s) of golf carts must be a minimum of 21 years of age and have in their possession a valid state issued driver’s license. (learner’s permit are not accepted)
- Lessee is responsible for securing the golf cart and maintaining possession of the golf cart key at all times. Lost keys will result in a $50.00 replacement fee.
- Golf Cart operation is for daytime use ONLY and must stay within 4 miles from RV Park.
- Golf Carts must be operated properly and in a safe manner. Horseplay, racing or other misuse of cart will not be tolerated.
- Carts are to be operated on outlined roadways only and not on grass areas. Absolutely no off road riding allowed.
- Speed limit inside the campground is 5 mph.
- Golf Carts can carry a maximum of 2 people. All passengers must be seated at all times when cart is in motion.
- Golf Carts must be returned to the designated area, at the designated time. Late returns will be charged $10.00 every half hour late.
- Lessee is responsible to report any malfunctions to management immediately.
- Anyone found abusing the rules and regulations of the rental golf cart shall forfeit all rental privileges. No refunds will be made if the cart has to be returned due to Lessee misuse.
- Drugs (illegal or recreational) and alcohol are not permitted in the golf cart. It is against the law to drive under the influence of such. If you are found under the influence or in possession of the aforementioned, you will immediately lose rental privileges and all monies for the rental of the golf cart.
- Violating any of the rules herein will be cause for immediate loss of rental privileges. Lessor reserves the right to cancel or revoke any rental reservation at their sole discretion.
Lessee acknowledges with full understanding, and agrees to the golf cart rental contract terms and will abide by the rules governing.
